How to Provide Feedback

Your feedback can be submitted anonymously or with contact information if you'd like a response. All feedback is carefully reviewed by our management team and used to enhance our services and support for youth in care.

Types of Feedback We Accept:

  • Compliments: Recognition of excellent service or outstanding staff performance

  • Concerns: Issues that need attention or improvement

  • Suggestions: Ideas for enhancing our programs and services

  • General Comments: Any other feedback about your experience with RFS

We respect your privacy and handle all feedback confidentially. If you provide contact information, we use it only to respond to your feedback and will not share it with third parties without your consent.

Follow-Up

We strive to acknowledge receipt of feedback within 48 hours and provide updates on actions taken when appropriate. For urgent matters requiring immediate attention, please contact us directly through our main contact channels.
